For the past ten years, Mr. Schulz has practiced in insurance law, personal injury litigation, as well as employment litigation including matters involving discrimination and harassment, family and medical leave, disability, wage and hour issues, and other related employment areas. Mr. Schulz graduated from Butler University with high honors and also attended The American University in Washington, D.C. He earned his J.D. degree from Indiana University School of Law – Indianapolis. Mr Schulz was active in the school’s moot court program and was named to the National Order of Barristers. He routinely appears in courts throughout Indiana and is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana, as well as the U.S. Seventh Circuit. He is a member of the Indiana State and Indianapolis Bar Associations, the Defense Research Institute, and Defense Trial Counsel of Indiana.
